AA Ann Arbor Masonry provides professional masonry services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, retaining walls, patios, stone veneer installation, and related masonry work. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment of feasibility.

3. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free on-site consultations and estimates for masonry projects. All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during the course of work. We will communicate any changes to pricing before proceeding with additional work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your agreement.

5. Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeline provided. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, unforeseen structural issues, material availability, or permit requirements. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruption to your schedule.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of service provided and will be detailed in your project agreement. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their property, obtaining any necessary permissions from homeowners associations or landlords, ensuring access to work areas, and securing pets during work hours. You are also responsible for ensuring that we have access to water and electricity if needed for the project.

8. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after work has begun may result in charges for labor and materials already incurred. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your project agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

AA Ann Arbor Masonry is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden structural issues not visible during inspection, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with Michigan state law. Any legal proceedings will take place in Washtenaw County, Michigan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
